As MotleyBeup’s Senior Events Manager, Kristen L. Ralph has distinguished herself for her ability to coordinate events under stringent timelines with flawless results. She coordinates live and silent auction details, negotiates for competitive audio/visual rates, arranges for panel and keynote speakers, and juggles a bevy of logistics ranging from menus to flowers to décor.
After receive her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hartford, Ralph worked in marketing and event planning for non-profit organizations, including many Latino-based organizations. She has managed events in community forums around healthcare issues, including organizing healthcare for small businesses. Since joining MotleyBeup, she has deftly managed major, annual fundraising events and performed competitive pricing analysis and negotiation with vendors to maximize earning potential for non-profit clients.
